Rose Gillen, Pastry Chef.

Rose is a classically-trained Pastry Chef based in San Francisco.  She studied at the world-famous Ecole Lenotre in Paris and now combines the tradition of French baking with a contemporary American spin.  Growing up on a farm in the midwest, she knows that only the finest, freshest natural ingredients make spectacular desserts. Rose bakes with the best that the Bay Area has to offer, using local dairy goods from Gilt Edge Creamery and Clover Stornetta, French chocolate and cocoa powder from Barry Callebaut, and locally-milled Giusto's flour.
